As part of the „Freestyle Poomsae“ revitalisation project, which is co-financed by Swiss Olympic, the corresponding working group has concluded a cooperation agreement with the renowned Swiss gymnastics equipment manufacturer Alder+Eisenhut.
The agreement includes the delivery of specific gymnastics equipment for freestyle poomsae training to the three centres in Vevey, Bern and Rapperswil. In addition, all dojangs affiliated to Swiss Taekwondo will receive a special discount on the entire Alder+Eisenhut range.
The working group’s line of action now envisages organising an official open freestyle poomsae competition at the Schaffhausen Open in 2025 and starting with freestyle categories at the 2025-2026 Swiss Championships
