Congratulations to Francois de Freitas, Il-GI Dojang Genève and Swiss Poomsae Team for the Gold medal in individual Poomsae in Male Under 60 Category. François achieved for the first time the top of the podium among 8 athletes in his third participation in this format.
In Team competition with mates from different countries François was also in the winning teams with 3 Male athletes and in the Mixed Team of 5.
