Information betreffend Nationaltrainer
Seit 2017 haben wir das Vergnügen, mit Markus Kohloffel als Nationaltrainer zusammenzuarbeiten. Wir wollten Markus für eine Übergangszeit, die jetzt zu Ende geht, einbeziehen.
Es ist nun eine Priorität, den Leistungssport in den Regionen weiter zu entwickeln und einen Nationaltrainer zu haben, der sich in Zusammenarbeit mit den Dojangs dem Spitzensport widmen kann. Ziel ist es, dass die Athleten mehr Trainingsmöglichkeiten auch in der Nähe ihres Wohnortes finden können.
Der Vorstand von Swiss Taekwondo beschloss einstimmig, diese Aufgabe Peer Steinkellner anzuvertrauen, der Nationaltrainer wird. Wir danken Peer, dass er diese wichtige Herausforderung für unseren Verband angenommen hat. Mit Ihrem Engagement und Ihrer Unterstützung – es ist eine Teamarbeit – sind wir sicher, dass wir mit Peer in der Schweiz einen Spitzensport aufbauen können, der sich mit den Besten messen kann.
Wir danken Markus für seine Arbeit und Unterstützung während der Übergangszeit und freuen uns darauf, die Arbeit fortzusetzen, sobald sich die Gelegenheit dazu ergibt.
Das Konzept mit der Umsetzung in den Regionen wird Ihnen in den folgenden Wochen zugestellt.

Information concernant le coach national
Depuis 2017, nous avons eu le plaisir de travailler avec Markus Kohloffel comme entraîneur national. Nous souhaitions impliquer Markus pour une période transitoire qui touche maintenant à sa fin.
Il est maintenant prioritaire de développer le sport d’élite à partir des régions et d’avoir un coach national qui peut y dédier du temps en coopération avec les Dojang. L’objectif est que les athlètes puissent trouver plus de ressources plus près de chez eux pour s’entraîner.
Le comité de Swiss Taekwondo a décidé à l’unanimité de confier cette tâche à Peer Steinkellner qui devient coach national. Nous remercions Peer d’avoir accepté ce challenge important pour notre fédération. Avec votre implication et support – c’est un travail d’équipe – nous sommes certains que nous pourrons avec Peer construire un sport d’élite en Suisse qui peut rivaliser avec les meilleurs.
Nous remercions Markus pour son travail et son soutien durant la période transitoire et nous nous réjouissons de continuer le travail lorsque l’opportunité se présentera.
Le concept du travail par grande région en Suisse vous parviendra dans les semaines qui suivent.

Information concerning the National Coach
Since 2017, we have had the pleasure of working with Markus Kohloffel as national coach. We wanted to involve Markus for a transitional period, which is now coming to an end.
It is now a priority to develop the elite sport in the regions and to have a national coach who can dedicate time to it in cooperation with the Dojangs. The aim is for athletes to be able to find more resources closer to home for training.
The Swiss Taekwondo committee unanimously decided to entrust this task to Peer Steinkellner, who becomes national coach. We thank Peer for accepting this important challenge for our federation. With your involvement and support – it is teamwork – we are sure that with Peer we will be able to build the elite sport in Switzerland that can compete with the best.
We thank Markus for his work and support during the transition period and look forward to continuing the collaboration when the opportunity arises.
