The Swiss National Poomsae Team showcases the technical excellence and artistic expression of Taekwondo at the highest level. Selected from among the top-performing athletes in Switzerland, the team competes in both recognized and freestyle Poomsae at European and World Championships.
Poomsae demands not only physical ability but also concentration, rhythm, power control, and deep understanding of Taekwondo techniques. Our national team members train year-round to refine these skills and represent Swiss Taekwondo with elegance, strength, and precision.
The team includes individual athletes, pairs, and teams across various age categories. Under the guidance of national coaches, they receive structured support in performance development, choreography, and competition preparation — always grounded in the values of respect, discipline, and perseverance.
