The Poomsae High Performance Test originally planned for September 2026 has been postponed to October 2026 due to the Poomsae World Championships in Korea.
The High Performance Test Poomsae & Freestyle 2026 will therefore take place as follows:

Download Section. Please study the documents carefully and prepare the candidates accordingly.
Poomsae
For current members of the Poomsae Squad, the performance test is compulsory. They are considered registered.
New candidates wishing to join the Poomsae Squad must register for the performance test and meet the corresponding requirements.
Freestyle
The Poomsae National Team also accepts athletes who wish to practise Freestyle at an international level.
For Freestyle athletes, successfully completing the Performance Test is also a prerequisite for admission to the respective squad.
The Freestyle Performance Test consists of the general Performance Test procedure as well as an additional assessment of acrobatic skills.
The detailed guidelines for Freestyle are currently being developed and will be adapted to the current requirements.
