The November Dan Seminar took place in Basel and brought together advanced practitioners and Dan candidates from various Swiss clubs. Under the instruction of Nuno Damaso and Mark Sandmeier, participants trained intensively across key technical areas, including fundamental movements, partner exercises, and examination-relevant elements.
The seminar offered a structured and supportive environment, allowing students to refine their skills and receive individual feedback. The participants highlighted the clarity of instruction and the positive training atmosphere.
